«We were on a family holiday and had a stop in Las Vegas. A quiet place away from the strip was ok because none of the children are 21. The best shower I’ve had since I came to the US. Hi tech and well equipped apartment. I could easily stay there for a longer period. The pool are was not finished and that made a longer walk. That might be the only downside to our stay. I wish there would be a laundry at the facilities for longer stays. »

«The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s ...

«Room was less than adequate, we were failed to be told that we had to pay for everything including toilet paper if we wanted it. Also they advertise a balcony suite and the balconies are locked and you can’t get outside. It was supposed to be a large upgrade from the condo we already have there and it was a complete disappointment. The staff was less than helpful to say the least. I am very disappointed. I have stayed at this property the last 14 years and have never seen it so bad. »
