Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel

10/10 Utmerket

"We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Clock Tower Hotel in Makkah during our Umrah, and overall, the experience was excellent. A special mention must go to Salahuddin and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always there with a positive attitude and genuine care. People like Salahuddin make a real difference to a guest’s experience, especially during such a meaningful journey as Umrah. His dedication and excellent customer service deserve to be recognised. I would highly recommend Salahuddin for a promotion. He is a great asset to the Fairmont team, and I hope management recognises his hard work and commitment. He certainly deserves it. Thank you to Salahuddin and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would be very happy to stay at the Fairmont Clock Tower again."
