«The loft was very clean, right in town square, really setup nice. My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and to visit Lake Halford for kayaking. One watch-out is the train that passes once or twice a night is very close and the train horn definitely woke us up. Since it's a commerical building loft, there is a steep stair case to traverse to get into the place so that's a watch-out as well. Overall, a cute place with a great vintage decor. We will definitely stay again.»

«Would recommend.»

«Online it shows the hotel has a pool, but according to the staff they haven’t had a pool for years. Obviously disappointing If children are expecting to swim on a hot summer day. The room was clean. And the Price was inexpensive.»

«I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the decor was beautiful and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was very nice to have a place to chill at when the family reunion wound down.»

«Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the ...

«Our stay was perfect and the host were incredibly welcoming.. You can tell they take a lot of pride in this property as well as making sure the guests were very well accommodated all while respecting the privacy of there guests.Extremely pet friendly. 18 mins from town and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery during our drive to town.We will definitely be booking again as we come to Union City every year. Bonus- The sofa bed was just as comfortable as the bed of your bringing extra guests. They ...

«The room was nice for an overnight stay. Hosts were also nice. Cozy and comfortable. »

«Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!»

«My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out ...

«The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time ...

«Great, safe house in a nice location. Host is very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again.»

«I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony.»

«Was awesome found this last min b4 we left town»

«I didn’t like getting to the property late at night and then them telling me that I did not have a room available that they had to give it to somebody else and now I’ve been trying to get a refund for several weeks»

«We rented the property so we could have a close place to a collierville. Everything was less than a 10 minute drive. It made the trip great for our family.»

«Awesome property in a perfect location, especially since we are traveling with our small dog. Great AC!! Loved free parking & walk ability to Main Street & Beale Street. Host provided practical products like laundry soap and plenty of towels. Will definitely stay again if we return to Memphis!»
