The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes in a modern and elegant style.

In the living area you will find a lounge with an extendable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa and a living area with a 55" Smart TV and, for our younger guests, a fantastic Playstation 4 video game console!
The entire area is air-conditioned by a dedicated split.

Adjacent to the living area, we have a convenient kitchen equipped with a traditional gas hob, modern appliances and accessories, as well as a breakfast area with espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven.

In the sleeping area we have a large double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a utility room with laundry and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!

DOUBLE BEDROOM:
Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to give you a stay dedicated to rest and tranquillity!
Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a very comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed.

To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large 6-door wardrobe with central drawers. A luggage rack and bedside tables are also available.

A central designer ceiling lamp with integrated fan, controllable by remote control, allows you to create a unique atmosphere.

A 40” Smart TV for viewing from the bed and convenient electrical outlets with USB ports near the bedside tables to charge your devices are everything you will need to enjoy your stay at The Red House - Verona Holiday & Business.

The double bedroom is air-conditioned by a dedicated split.
It is also equipped with triple-glazed windows with mosquito nets and a blackout, sound-absorbing curtain to minimize noise from outside.

SMALL BEDROOM WITH FRENCH DOUBLE BED (140x190)
The small bedroom, although compact, offers a French double bed (140x190) with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. The headboard of the bed is equipped with shelves with LED lights and integrated USB sockets where you can place and charge your devices.

Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a fantastic 32" Smart TV.
A large window with mosquito net brightens the room, which overlooks the quiet courtyard at the back of the building.

A central designer ceiling lamp with integrated fan, controllable by remote control, allows you to create an atmosphere and refresh the room also in combination with the air-conditioning splits of the living room and the main double bedroom.

Please note that the apartment is not equipped with terraces or balconies.

LIVING ROOM:
The living area is characterized by furniture and colors in a modern style that give the environment elegance and modernity with a hint of retro charm.

A comfortable sofa faces a 55" Smart TV with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube.
For our younger guests, also a fantastic Playstation 4 console!

The entire living area is air-conditioned by a dedicated split.

The stainless-steel sink and traditional gas hob are integrated into a countertop with a light stone effect.

It is equipped with modern, stylish appliances such as a total no-frost fridge, a silent dishwasher, as well as a modern oven and a designer extractor hood!

A breakfast corner includes a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, electric kettle, microwave and toaster.

The kitchen is also equipped with a space for separate waste collection.

The apartment is equipped with a bathroom and a laundry room.
The bathroom has a window and features a very modern walk-in glass-enclosed shower with a large contemporary shower head. The bathroom also includes a WC with separate hand shower, a bidet, and an elegant unit with wall cabinets, sink, drawers and LED-lit mirror. We also provide a powerful hair dryer and a first-aid kit.

The second room is intended for laundry use and is equipped with a washer-dryer as well as a convenient utility sink. You will also find a drying rack, ironing board with iron, a vacuum cleaner and various cleaning and maintenance accessories for the apartment.

AIR CONDITIONERS:
The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning splits, one positioned in the living area and the other in the double bedroom. The small bedroom also cools quickly through the splits when the doors are left open.

1 split is located in the main room and cools the entire living area
1 split is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms and cools the entire sleeping area

WINDOWS AND MOSQUITO NETS:
The apartment features modern triple-glazed windows that ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation from any noise coming from the street. In addition, each window is equipped with a mosquito net and electric shutters controlled by wall switches.

The apartment is equipped with a fantastic Smart system that will allow you to open the pedestrian gate and the KeyBox of the entrance door directly from your smartphone.

Winter heating is controlled remotely via a next-generation Wi-Fi thermostat, while cooling is guaranteed by two powerful air conditioners, also controlled remotely!

We also have a modern and convenient video intercom.
Furthermore, the entrance area of the door is under video surveillance for security reasons.

PARKING:
The apartment has its own parking directly in front of the apartment.
You will be able to park your car in one of the available spaces inside the reserved parking area.

IMPORTANT:
It is strictly forbidden to park cars in front of the two automatic driveway gates.

The apartment is equipped with a fantastic Smart system that will allow you to open the pedestrian gate and the KeyBox of the entrance door directly from your smartphone.

After completing the online check-in, you will receive all instructions to access the apartment.

The instructions will also contain the link to your virtual key.

Red House - Verona Holiday is located on the ground floor of the building; the entrance door is the one directly in front of you as soon as you enter through the pedestrian gate.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is not equipped with terraces or balconies.
Smokers must go outside the apartment.

The area between the entrance door and the pedestrian gate is a shared area with other residents of the building.

Please also note that it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighborhood with loud music or any other kind of noise.
If this rule is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time and request compensation for damages through Airbnb.

Please also remember that online check-in is mandatory before your arrival, by entering your data and documents using the Vikey service.

During the online check-in, the tourist tax will also be required: €3.50/day/guest for a maximum of 4 days, for all guests aged over 14.
