«We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. «My son was getting married over Memorial Day weekend on the beach in pierpont. This was the perfect place to stay! We also had our dog with us and the yards were absolutely awesome! The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!»

«Love the place, the listing should probably be up dated with correct Wi-Fi instructions & check out requirements. Water heater died & we were without hot water for 24 hours. Called property management & they responded immediately. Had a plumber out same day & once found the correct part had it up and running. They were very helpful & responsive. Great location & grandkids love the short walk across the street to the beach»

The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels.»

«I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us.»

«I am from Ventura and came to town to visit friends. Ended up getting sick on the day I arrived and thus had to extend my stay by a couple of days while I recovered. I did not go anywhere and instead had my niece and friend visit me and they both raved about how cute the place was. Very comfortable and cute home. Would stay here again.»

«Cozy, clean and convenient, this beach house has a very private backyard and a lovely view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Our group of four adults was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting my friends and family.»
