The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.»

«We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. «This cozy cottage is well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a carefree stay in Santa Barbara. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t use the car once. Endless restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Don’t miss the farmers market on a Saturday! And the beds, so cozy! I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!»

«Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more ...

«We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.»
