Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find both equipped and free beaches. Outside, there’s a private open terrace and a shared garden for almost exclusive use, with a gazebo and wooden table—perfect for relaxing to the sounds of nature. A shared barbecue is available for an extra fee. Families will appreciate the shared playground on the property.



The villa offers 2 shared parking spaces on the grounds. Events are not permitted. In summer, mosquito repellent can be useful in this natural area and is available on request.
