UNIT BDirections to enter unit were not made clear - able to get in w/ help from HVAC fella working in Unit A. He showed us to our entrance and with the door code.Upon entering we found the bathroom and floors dirty. There was not a pull out sofa as described in the listing nor was there enough bedding.I spoke to the Mechanical fella again and asked if he was by chance Bishop and he politely told me no. As we were not able to adjust the temperature, this fella came to help and then explained that he was the one in our unit earlier and that we tried to clean up after himself. When I reached out to Bishop (I’m not sure what his position is) to discuss over the phone, he did not respond. The following morning, we found the cleaning services phone number and called them. These folks were happy to help right away. I scheduled a time with them as we brought our dog with and wanted to make sure she was out of the unit.While we were out the Mechanical fella came in UNANNOUNCED/ withOUT notification and attempted to do some floor mopping. As we were not sure if there would be a completion notification from the cleaning company, we brought our dog back and found the shotty clean job. About ten minutes later, the cleaning company called to notify us they were onsite to clean- that’s when weThe kitchen cabinets are filled with a disarray of wares, some of which are mingled in with the cleaning products under the sink.
