This four-bedroom, three-bath corner lot home offers outdoor living space and indoor comfort, giving you flexibility and convenience for a fantastic vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen has a wine refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, countertop seating, and to the right is the dining room table that looks out to the pool. After dinner or an evening walk on the beach, rest in the living room with a movie night.

Relax in the primary bedroom, designed with an ocean theme to instantly elevate moods and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is accessed through the primary ensuite bathroom. Guests can revigorate in the second bedroom, which features an ensuite bathroom with and walk-in shower and an exercise room. The singing of the palm trees rustling will help guests sleep comfortably in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The third bathroom has hallway access and a shower and bathtub combination for cleaning up after the beach.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Lido Key Vacations: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Lido Key Vacations.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please inquire for more details.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment can be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. After you've made your vacation rental reservation, feel free to inquire with your Property Manager on how you can secure your spot.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 10 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
