When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. «The condo waa super clean, lots of towels for both pool beach and shower. There are beach chairs and even a cooler! Kitchen had coffee and we were able to buy things for the refrigerator. Excellent location to walk to a beach and a short drive to Siesta Key Beach that has free parking. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and 7-11. Easy key code entry. We had an upstairs condo with a big front deck The staff you check in with over the phone and they couldn’t be nicer. Free parking right there! ...

«Yes parking was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great other than the acorns. Floors in the bungalow could of used a good mopping. Brad who answered the phone was alwsys pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again. Actually trying to put together a family trip and rent all the bungalows. »

«This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit ...

«Fantastic location able to walk to town, beach, restaurants and walking trails. Our unit met our needs perfectly with a living area, small kitchen bedroom and bathroom as well as outdoor balcony. Outdoor Pool and BBQ grills onsite as well as having beach supplies and bicycles available for use! We hope to return! »

«We so enjoyed our visit to Siesta Key and our stay at the Siesta Beach House! We were a fam traveling for a wedding. The unit was perfect for 5 adults. 30 mins from SRQ airport. 5 mins to the Village and ab 8 mins to a major food store. The host was phenomenal.... responding to messages within minutes and always ending with "please let us know if there's anything we can do yo make your stay even better" Fully equipped kitchen w high end appliances.
