«Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am. »

«A lovely, clean, well equiped and spacious apartment a short walk from Re Di Roma metro. The local area was pleasant with all the necessary shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. We had some great pizza. It was an easy stroll down to the Colosseum and into the heart of Rome. Giulia was a good host, easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any questions. «The property is conveniently located, close to Termini, but not too close to have all the fuss. It’s is 15 minutes away from Colossem, which is what we look for. The area is live with multiple local eateries, groceries. The room is not a luxury, but clean, roomy and has everything we need, including an equipped kitchen. Great base to explore Rome. The owner is super nice and helpful, we will definitely consider booking it again next time in Rome.»

«This property and stay was so amazing. The recently renovated property had modern finishes and so much room. Provided three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer which was so helpful after a weeklong cruise and cold ac which we really appreciated . The kitchen was great to prepare meals with the island perfect size to enjoy. The patio was nice to enjoy wine in the evening and it is a few blocks away from the Vatican totally walkable.
