The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all. Provided three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer which was so helpful after a weeklong cruise and cold ac which we really appreciated . «The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. «The property is conveniently located, close to Termini, but not too close to have all the fuss. It’s is 15 minutes away from Colossem, which is what we look for. The area is live with multiple local eateries, groceries. The room is not a luxury, but clean, roomy and has everything we need, including an equipped kitchen. Great base to explore Rome. The owner is super nice and helpful, we will definitely consider booking it again next time in Rome.»
