«Room was clean. But although heat was turned off, no AC and the fan/ionizer did nothing to cool the room; opened the window the max 6” it would go (3rd floor) and room was so hot we couldn’t sleep together and didn’t even use a sheet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, overcooked and bland. Parking areas had lots of garbage and discarded cigarette butts and outside hotel appearance was extremely aged and tacky. If we hadn’t already prepaid we would have left.»

«We liked the clean room and the fitness centre was very well maintained and the pool was wonderful. The staff at the front desk could be more welcoming and less entitled and accepting of everyone not by the way they dress but wonderful welcoming manners for all . The breakfast was fantastic and the service was great, the afternoon cocktails were really good the comfort of all. The parking attendant were well dressed but should be more polite as first impression means a lot for a business.»

«Loved the updated room with kitchen dining table, and nice view of water and dock. Room service was prompt and food warm and plentiful. My only dings were the underground parking which was hard to navigate and where we parked the trunk on our car hit a pipe and sustained a defect in paint. The other thing was the small toiletries for shower.»
