Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced.

«La chambre est grande et bien propre, les commodité sont très biens. La salle de gym manquait de ménage, il y avait de la saleté sur les appareils et sur la télé des traces graisseuses. Il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de gym ni dans la piscine. Le hall d’entrée est très grand et accueillant, le personnel très gentil et prévenant.»

«There is an issue with the lounge. During the 5-7 food was unavailable or barely available after 6:10 because most people had already gone by. There are supposed to be snacks and drinks available 24/7 at the lounge. There were no more water bottles, either still or sparkling no snacks at all on the Monday after the majority departed. We ordered water and the end of the evening after checking a few times. We had to call back a few times and wait over an hour for water.

«I will return especially for the spa experience. The receptionists were so sweet and so was the spa staff and the waitress in the restaurant. I had a great time overall. The only exception was the pub staff. The waitress who was bringing me dessert was talking with someone and dropped a dish of fruit compote on me and my dress on my birthday. My dress was ruined and I could not take pictures on my special day because I only traveled with one dress. The pub manager did not come to say anything ...
