We stayed for 7 days at this hotel and we were not satified with the service. when we ordered food from the room service menu, an additional charge of £3.5 was added to bring the food to the room! The restaurant was used for other arrangements and it was not possible for guest to make dinner reservations. ...

It seems clean enough, and the staff was polite and professional. It feels like an old hotel the carpet in my room looked dirty and a part of it was missing, the worst however are the elevators/lifts they are 19 years old and you can tell the middle one is the worst it sounds like it scrapes against ...

Livin’ Serviced Apartments
The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them
