«The space was very clean, conveniently located, and just what we needed for our short visit.»

«Wonderful home! Immaculately clean! I spent the week here while visiting my daughter and granddaughters. It was the perfect spot and so comfortable…beautiful, tasteful decor.»

«Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely, plant filled and bright home, with everything we needed for ourselves and our toddler to feel at home…the perfect location…friendly community, nice walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop. We loved it!»

«Absolutely gorgeous setting! We spent every morning (and most evenings) in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The house is impeccable and updated. Initially we felt far from everything but found quaint waterfront restaurants and shops in a Deale and Galesville. Jays Latin food and Corner Grille were great spots too! We will definitely be back!»

«They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business»

«This property and host were excellent. Property was as advertised. Lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable. Owner was super responsive and check in and check out was easy. 100% recommend.»

«When looking for a place to stay in DC, look no further. This is a clean, 3 story, 3br townhouse, with each having their own en-suite, there is also a powder room off the kitchen area. Don’t forget a pull out couch as well. There is plenty of space to unwind after a long day visiting the museums. All the amenities you need to be comfortable. There is along a one car garage for a car or small SUV, or park in front of the house. No need to drive anywhere, as you are only a 5 minute walk to the ...

«The property was very clean nice open kitchen and comfortable rooms . Very nice experience definitely recommend.»

«Nice location, affordable, good amenities»

«This was an adorable little place, perfect for my husband and I. With a few minor tweaks and upgrades, this would easily be a five star stay. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!»

«Awesome stay we will definitely do this one again.»

«Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC ...

«Overall I had a wonderful stay... however I wish it was booked for a summertime day... the brand new pool looked very appealing & I wish I couldve enjoyed using it. Will have to try & stay again during the summer for a nice pool day!»

«Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed»

«Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the ...

«Very nice property conveniently located for visiting Mount Vernon, DC, and Old Town Alexandria.»
