«Super cute rental. It was updated and modern. The bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. The owners were really nice and helpful. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. »

Upon arriving some of the new appliances took some getting used to. Once we received the welcome guide via email it made more sense. «They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business»

«This home was absolutely perfect for us! My husband and I took our first family trip to DC with my 12-year old and my dog. The house was clean and provided plenty of space. It is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to great restaurants, sights, and museums. The host was incredibly responsive while we were looking at the house and continued to check in after we arrived. The guidebook for the house was super helpful. I would highly recommend this home!»
