«They forgot our reservation. Then told us they hadn't cleaned the house and it was dirty an hour before check in. After hours of phone calls we were able to get a refund. Finding a hotel last minute was stressful. Would not recommend.»

«We had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was quiet both during the day and night. The house was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The beds were super comfortable and roomy.The yard needed some maintenance but with that said it is winter, lol. I do wish the washer and dryer were inside, but those are small things compared to everything else. «The outdoor sitting areas were not usable as they were very dirty with cobwebs on the cushions and ugly large spiders crawling around on the outdoor equipment and front door areas. The keypad failed each time we returned to the property and required us contacting the VRBO team and them then contacting the property team to reset the keypad before we could get in. «Place was clean, got to the property and there was 2 men working so already felt uncomfortable spoke to the host about it she said she didn’t know they left 3 hrs later and left a mess so I didn’t want to go use the back yard , garbage disposal was not working every time I did dishes I had to use a plunger, host lied and said the person that lived in the back was on business wanted to sleep in couldn’t lady in the back works us all up.
