«Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us! The keyholders ...

«We were really surprised at how lovely the barn conversion was. Although it is a little off the beaten track it is ideal for exploring the area so close to all the busy commute roads, It is so quiet in the countryside you can really chill. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to visit again»

«We zijn heel erg tevreden over alles, het was een mooie omgeving, rustig en stil. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, afwasmachine, wasmachine, oven/magnetron enz enz We hebben bijna elke dag wel een opstapje gemaakt. Maximaal een uur rijden en dan heb je veel gezien. Het fijne van deze locatie is dat je centraal zit. Kortom we hebben een geweldige, fijne en vooral ontspannende vakantie gehad.»

«Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. A bit more garden for our bigger dog would’ve been great, ...

«Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome.»

«Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games.»

«We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It's a fab location, just sit outside to hear the sea and waves coming in, and that's pretty much all you can hear apart from the odd seagull! It's so quiet. Great base for a relaxed surfing holiday. Really well equipped kitchen. We didn't get in the car once in 8 days as there was everything we needed within a short walk. Highly likely we'll be back!»
