Lovely pool house in Husby, ideal for large families or groups who want to spend time together in beautiful surroundings. The house, built in 1989 and renovated in 2015, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior that can accommodate up to 14 people. With a plot of 5000 square meters and a house area of 221 square meters, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together.



Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house is equipped with wireless internet and a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can stay updated or enjoy a good movie in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large 60 litre fridge freezer, making cooking a breeze.



There are five bedrooms in the house, including three with double beds and two with bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, in addition, there is also a shower in the pool room. The house also has a guest toilet, which is practical for larger groups.



Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace, where you can barbecue and eat together while the children play on the swings, slide or in the sandbox. The large pool room, with a 19 square metre pool with water slide, as well as a hot tub that can accommodate two people, offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. For those who want to pamper themselves, there is also a sauna and solarium available.



For the active guests, there are football goals in the garden so you can play a fun game with friends or family.
