Villaer i Ubud

"We would love to say a big thank you to all the staff at Adiwana Suweta. From the receptionists, the runners, the housekeeping, the spa, the staff at the poolbar, rooftop bar and the ones in the restaurant including the chefs. Their service was above and beyond! Also the WhatsApp service with quick response when we asked questions was exceptional. The villa we got with a private pool, loved it! The all day breakfast from 7am till 10.30pm, genious! The food was fantastic. The free shuttle service to the center of Ubud was also great. The VW trip was a success. The only bad thing about our stay at this absolutely stunning hotel is that we didn't book more nights. Kind regards and a huge Suksma from bapak Kenneth and ibu Tina "

"Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på The Hava Hotel i Ubud. Hotellet er nydelig, delikat og skinnende rent – et sted man trives fra første stund. Servicen var helt utrolig. Personalet var alltid blide, hjelpsomme og oppriktig interesserte i at vi skulle ha det bra. Et stort pluss var da bagasjen vår ble borte på flyet, og hotellet tok ansvar for å spore den opp og få den levert til oss, mens flyselskapet selv ikke gjorde noe. En ekstra hyggelig opplevelse var da de overrasket med en bursdagsfeiring for vår yngste datter. Hun ble kjempeglad, og vi satte stor pris på omtanken. Bassenget var vakkert og innbydende, og maten var kjempegod og langt over det vi hadde forventet. Alt i alt et utrolig bra hotell med en service som virkelig skiller seg ut. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste!"

"Absolutely lovely and highly recommended hotel if you're staying in Ubud! The staff are amazing and do everything they can to make sure you're well taken care of. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The surrounding nature is beautiful and offers the perfect view if you're looking to relax and truly find peace during your vacation. I also had several treatments at the spa, which I can definitely recommend while staying at the hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need — a large, comfortable bed and a view of rice fields, the pool, and the jungle. I used the hotel’s airport pick-up service, which worked perfectly. I arrived in the evening and it was easy to spot my driver in the arrivals hall. He also brought cold water and some snacks, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel lived up to — and beyond — my expectations. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of my stay. I stayed for 4 nights, which was the perfect length before continuing on to other destinations on the island. "

"The room we had was beautifully situated, a little worn. Some things seemed a little off from the start, like a dead bird on top of the four poster bed, door that did not close properly, shower and hot water in bathtub not working. Bird was removed, the rest remained. In time hygiene was a problem: half drunk welcome drink was not removed and attracted ants, ketchup stains were still there after four days. Front house kept suggesting that all problems were tended to. Great location, come with low expectations and you’ll be fine. Wouldn’t stay there with kids."
