«This is a great space located near Macalester College. There's plenty of easy parking on the street out front and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space itself is a finished attic but doesn't feel at all cramped. A tall person -- 6.2 or so -- may have to duck a bit in some spots and a person with mobility issues will struggle with the stairs that lead to the unit.
