There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. Based on the pictures and description, this was a standalone 1 bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and pool. Instead it is a room and bathroom in a shared house.
