«The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! «Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free.»
