«It was a nice resort. Wasn't too crowded. The food and drinks in specialty restaurants was really nice. The drinks near the pool area or other cafes were ok. The beach area was clean and nice, although we could not get into the ocean. The entertainment activities were fun although they were too loud throughout the day. Perhaps they could schedule a quiet time from 1.30-4.00pm to allow the silence and the waves to relax those lying by the pool and enjoying a lazy nap after a heavy brunch. The ...

«Great adult resort. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool. Food was overall very good. Gym small (this could be improved). Beach is beautiful, but is rocks, not sand although there is one small sandy-ish area in the swimming cove. Great resort overall!»

«The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. »

«First night A/C (room 2106B) did not work. Second night moved to another room (2403B) with loud noises from in-suite refrigerator and / or pipes. No sleep. Staff is nice. Property is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Restaurant food is notably low quality with no love or flair. We were served raw dough churros and told only after we sent them back their fryer was too hot to make them. »

«Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to. »

«Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.»
