«This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). «I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area ...

"A stylish and well kept hotel with generally good service. Good A/C. Location is fine, to get to the cathedral/centre on foot you have to walk quite some way on the hectic and mildly intimidating main street, we had no issues in daytime but on one occasion chose an unknown secondary street instead. We generated far more trouble than expected when we requested luggage storage for a couple of hours after checkout, which was resolutely not available but unfortunately an absolute need for us due to planned activities. We found this surprising for a hotel of this otherwise high quality, but ended up requesting late checkout instead, upon which the receptionist called their manager and ended up offering luggage storage after all."
