«What a stunning property, our group was visiting for a birthday and found we just wanted to spend most of our time in El Tunco in the backyard. We hired Chef Javi for a dinner, and had an amazing papusa breakfast prepared one morning. It’s not a brand new property but it’s clean and spacious.»

Easy access peaceful private beach in the back, hammocks to relax as u enjoy the sound of the waves. «The star system only went to 5....I would have given more. The whole property was exceptionally clean daily, the communication with owner and team on site was exceptional, helpful in everyway. The house was accommodating exactly what we needed. Access to the beach a gate away. Our family will be back soon to this property next time we return, wiithout question.»

«The house is beautiful, expectacular view. But I was very disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. Kitchen had a bad smell we had to bleach clean. Upstairs tv had no volume. «I spent a long weekend with my friends in this beautiful house and the view was amazing. The only thing i was not so thrilled about was the bedrooms, we had to carry keys everywhere and they were separate from the house, definitely not kids friendly.»

«Great location. Waking up to the mountain view was amazing. The home sits on a corner lot andis walking distance from the church, Cafe, mercado, Park and other restaurants. Only a 20 min drive to Casa das San Jose or Cafe Albania. If you take the bus around the corner to Cafe Albania it's only about 70¢. The village is overall really quiet by 10 pm.
