«We enjoyed our stay! The view of Lake Coatepeque was jaw-dropping and we loved waking up to it every morning. The pool area was cleaned daily by a property caretaker and the home was spotless when we arrived. I will share that small bugs came into the house overnight but I placed a towel at the bottom of a doorway and that deterred it from happening the following nights. It wasn’t a big deal to us as the property itself met our expectations.»

Our guide managed to find the location only by the picture through Expedia because the host never communicated with us. The number provided through their website was never available. The gate keeper had to call the owner for us to get access to the property and he was bothered that we requested for him to be contacted. Owner blamed Expedia for the lack of communication.
