«This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say? »

«Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. «I have been staying here for a week so far, and have extended my stay. I was here through the fires and chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta and felt very safe here with the guests and hotel staff.
The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper is lovely and comes daily.
The breakfast here is wonderful, and sometimes has live music. The servers are so very friendly and kind, as are the front desk staff. The greenery around the patios and pool is very beautiful 😍
