Honestly...WORST hotel experience we ever had!
First I will start by saying that this is one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had.
1) Service: Our bad experience mainly due to the terrible service. The personal at the front desk was rude and in the restaurant although better did not speak good english.
2) Price: The hotel was way overpriced compared to what we received.
3: Rooms: The beach front rooms are nice per say, but for that price absolutely not worth it. It did not have anything besides the basics. Most of the rooms do not have sea view. Basically the used their best location on the property for the yoga studio. The jungle pool room was awful and did not share the same "modern" style as the rest of the hotel. It was old and on the other side of a trafficked road. There were no AC and no possibility to close the window. A lot of noice during the evening and night. The neightboor was basically slum.
4: Restaurant. Nice and healthy food, but ridiculously pricy. They did not serve dinner. You should check your bills as their math skills was not impressive.
5: Location: Good, but... Tulum beach is an area built up for rich Americans, so if you want authentic this is probably not the place for you. Most restaurant in the area are top notch and the prices are there after.
