«Accommodations were exactly as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. No closets but dressers if needed. And a great washer and dryer! There was an issue with the septicwhich was attended to immediately - however a slight odor remained for our stay. Ardian was very responsive. »

«Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. «Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable.»

«I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this property again. »

«We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. «Back to reality with a manic first week since our October half term break, we definitely realised how much the Beach House at Smugglers Cove was such the perfect place to get away to enjoy a much needed change of pace and scenery. Beach House was perfectly located and set up with great access to the beach, scenic walks and amazing views. The house was more than comfortable for two families, with the different living areas and gated deck/lawn areas making for a very family- and dog- friendly ...
