The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10»

She toured us around the property giving details about the guest house, restaurants, excursions etc. The property is pristine, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the mango tree; yummy! We were rained in a couple days, however, we made use of well needed R&R. We especially enjoyed waking up overlooking the sunrise, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the sunset glittering ...

The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests.
In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
