Good stuff first. Grounds, housekeeping, and most of staff was great especially Wendy at Chill pool bartender and Leaverne in weddings, Alison in housekeeping. Horrible part: We had a reservation for king bed unit, arrived and given a 2 bed unit for our wedding and honeymoon. Front desk did nothing to help on arrival day, went 2 times the next day to see about changing. Told that king beds were only for in house guests not Expedia. WHY WAS EXPEDIA GIVEN THOSE TYPE TO RESERVE? Not blaming Expedia. After spending 4 days trying get a king room, they finally reluctantly moved us. Our first unit with the 2 queen beds

Room was not very clean-rust on every cabinet, stains on first set of sheets, a stain on the curtain, the shower was dirty I needed to wear shoes inside it, slow staff, was not told every restaurant would require reservations. Cocktails were poorly made. Managed to eat at one restaurant, food was alright. Buffet staff was very nice though. But overall nobody seemed to be able to answer any questions with more than a “yes” or “no” and if it was no, there was no explanation or empathy given.

Didn’t get the room I reserved, took over 2 hours past check in time to get into room was sexually harassed by staff night one. Everything was pretend fancy and run down looking. Dinners took forever was seated at the Italian place for over an hour before I walked out without receiving food. The buffet was garbage, hands down not worth the money time or experience was the worst all inclusive I have been to by far, did more standing around and waiting then relaxing and enjoying my vacation would not recommend to my worst enemy

improve hospitality at front desk,improve better welcoming new guests, attitude and behavior of staff in many areas especially in the buffet, room was not that I expected , when asked , they were not helpful, night entertainment was boring every day something like karaoke night or songs , No real exciitng shows

Let's start with the room, the floor was not clean the sofa was so nasty and dirty I had to ask for it to be cover, so I didn't have to look at it. It was no face tissue in the room, had to ask. The USB plug did not work. Had to go and purchase a port to charge my phone. Next the food, was not appealing, the hot bar food at the buffet was cold. I will say that Caesar dressing is to die for, best thing you guy serve. The rest even at the steakhouse was not good. For such a upscale hotel with less than quality food is a downfall. Finally that really upset me was I gather a taxi and it was 1am in the morning coming from a celebration of Independence Day the security guard at the gate wouldn't allow my taxi to bring me back to the room. The two started arguing and I jump out of the car and walk back to my room. I felt like I was a teenage that had snuck out of the house to go out. Really poor service. I will say Cindy at a server at the buffet is so friendly and a couple of the other ladies as well. The busboy asking for me to tip them extra nicely is a turn off. I hope read this and make some changes to your food and beverage menu.

Tout simplement parfait. 6 jours passés en couple.... Les chambres sont très spacieuses et ma vue était juste exceptionnelle en sus du coucher de soleil sublime. Quand au Staff rien a dire 1 accueil dédié au client. Le personnel wouah, au petit soin toujours l'attention délicate... I will come back Petit cc à Eddy (restaurant), Sherma ( service plage), Shakima ( shop) et bien d'autres. See you soon Kat. M

Our stay had alot of positives and few things that definitely needs improvements. The room and property is fantastic, staff was wonderful especially Rufus at reception and our Expedia rep Tasheal, she was fantastic at making our experience a lovely one. The beach at this resort in quite great and a must do is the Friday night street party that's about a 10 minutes drive away. With Tasheal's assistance we had a private transportation to and from this party, so no hassel at all. Now for the improvement, it is impossible to get reservations. We got in on a Tuesday evening and were leaving on Saturday morning, and we could not manage to secure a single reservation on our own. Again, thanks to Tasheal, she secured 2 reservations. The steak house, however, i am not sure if the staff there was having an unexpectedly bad night, and i hope so, as we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food. And other diners actually left as at that point all they hadn't received their appetizer. This was with no updates from the staff as to what was causing such delays with the exception of the young man that was the reception that night. He took it upon himself to attend to tables and trying to update them.on their order status. As i said lots of positives but this definitely needs to be improved upon.

Arrived at night with on two of each towel’s requested in the morning for 4 of each and was told they would put a ticket in. House keeping came at 4:30-5:00 each day when we were there taking showers. I was told that they only give one of each towel and they work from 9-5:00 which is not my problem. I had to ask for a chair for the desk in the room three days and it took four days to straighten everything out. They didn’t even have a bar soap at the sink.

The food was just beyond horrible and they told me I had an Expedia credit that I could use at the restaurant. I let the waitress know that I wanted to use that credit into order a steak outside of the menu. She said it was OK and at checkout, they told me they couldn’t apply it. It is all a scam every single restaurant and the food was just beyond disgusting no flavor not cooked correctly tasted not fresh having the sea right there they use frozen seafood. Honestly, I went to the marina and the food. There was a lot better than the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and a lot of the staff are nice but other than that, I will never return.

First time to St Lucia and a Royalton hotel. We were very happy with our trip staying there. We had a swim up unit on the end which was great. We had stayed at other all inclusive places in the Caribbean but was very happy with the night life the Royalton had. And when I say nightlife I don’t mean anything bad or too “adult” ish, but just that they made an effort to keep people entertained once the sun went down. The night concerts were a blast. Was much better than our experience with a competition company with a “S”. We also like the food options and the all day buffet was great as my wife and I didn’t always agree on what we wanted but could have anything at the buffet. Breakfast was my favorite as they had plenty of option for my USA palette. Although it was nice to try the local and other country options. Definitely recommend this hotel as we plan to come back in 5-6yrs. We are traveling around the Caribbean each year and hope to be back soon. Will definitely be staying at a Royalton again regardless of island. (The vibe team was Amazing here!! Hope they get that recognition) also, I definitely recommend doing the volcano/mud bath trip. It’s mainly all day but was very cool to experience the culture and see the island as a whole. And drink a piton, next to the piton mountain.

Overall the experience was a 6/10. There wasnt much things to do on the resort. And the food was not the best. Room was beautiful. Staff very pleasant.
