«This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean. Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. «Just ok. Place inside and out needs some love which is fine but it wasnt clean. Hair and dust all over, moldy coffee maker, stains on sheets and lacking some basics like pillows cases for all pillows and top and bottom sheets. Bummer because the place could be cool but wouldn’t stay again. »
