«Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. »

«My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The views from our balcony were better than expected. There was always a chair available at the pool. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect, much needed getaway. »

«Took 3 hours to get checked in, because owners name was listed not ours. The room is decent in size, but needs some work. The sliding doors to bathrooms were broken and one completely unusable. The coffee pot had old moldy coffee left in it. We were charged a fee for a keurig coffee maker and garbage disposal- we never used or tried to use either of those two items! »

«Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach!»
