«We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. Not up to expectations

"We stayed for 7 days at this hotel and we were not satified with the service. when we ordered food from the room service menu, an additional charge of £3.5 was added to bring the food to the room! The restaurant was used for other arrangements and it was not possible for guest to make dinner reservations. The distance from the reception to the room was very long, as we stayed on the other side of the football stadium."
