Hotel itself was nice, great location and very modern. A little disappointing that we had to ask twice, four hours apart, for extras such as a towel, pillow and mug, for the 3rd adult we had paid for. The restaurant booking system could do with work, despite booking a table before arriving and receiving texts about our booking on the day, we arrived to be told the booking could not be found. At checkin, we were told we had breakfast included - which is good, we’d paid extra for it! - only to be told the following morning that our room number didn’t have breakfast on arrival at the restaurant. The Wifi also didn’t work at all, it told us that the name / room number was not recognised. Two lightbulbs in our room did not work, which we raised with reception but they were not replaced during our stay. We’d stay again, possibly only because of accommodation and the novelty factor, but would hope that these niggling problems don’t happen again.
