We open the doors to our gem in the Platja Brava development, Tossa de Mar, recently renovated for the 2025 season. This unique retreat combines contemporary design and spectacular sea views to offer you an unforgettable experience.

The living-dining room with open-plan kitchen is a space where simplicity and design blend in perfect harmony. The ambiance, featuring soft tones and natural materials, invites tranquility, with a constant connection to the outdoors, where the sea views and surrounding vegetation become an integral part of the experience. The entire apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system that offers both hot and cold air conditioning, ensuring an ideal temperature year-round, regardless of the season.

The two double bedrooms offer a relaxing environment ideal for rest. One of them has direct access to the terrace, and the second bedroom has two single beds (one of which can be converted into a 1.60 m double bed). The bathroom, with its rain shower, also offers sea views, a small luxury for enjoying the serenity of the landscape while you relax.

From the apartment, you can access the communal pool, an exclusive area for residents of the complex, open from June to September, which includes a 25-meter pool and a children's pool. It's an ideal place to enjoy the sun and the views, and where children can play in the playground.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, next to the charming Cala Morisca, a small, unspoiled cove with crystal-clear waters surrounded by natural cliffs, perfect for those seeking privacy and a quieter setting. Located on the third floor,accessible by stairs the apartment guarantees the privacy and tranquility you're looking for. Plus, free parking within the complex makes your stay easier. Just a 15-minute walk away, Cala Canyellas beach invites you to enjoy its crystal-clear waters and natural beauty, while the picturesque town of Tossa de Mar, with its charming cobbled streets, is just a 10-minute drive away.

It's also a perfect base for exploring the Costa Brava, with easy access to Girona-Costa Brava (40-minute drive) and Barcelona-El Prat (1 hour and 20-minute drive) airports.
