«Actually it worked very well for 4 of us - it is a beautiful area and although this was in a row of similar houses the way the garden was laid out you'd barely know you had neighbors right Nextdoor. The grounds are very nice and well kept over all. It was a little further from the beach than we'd hoped but that was not deterent. However, IMPORTANT - ONE - I'd recommend rainy season as there are far less people, it's a beautiful beach and you can really appreciate I better with out tons of ...

9. Relax at Pier Sands Casita#1, Min Walk From Beach!

Barrio Las Playitas

«The location was the only good thing about it. It said parking on the property, but it was in front of the house. We parked in the empty lot next door. There was trash in the bedroom and the bathroom shower walls were dirty. She sent the cleaning lady over, but she said it was stained. There was pink soap down the side of shower and the whole bottom was terrible. We were glad the bedroom had air but she said it couldn’t be lower than 24 which is 75 f to warm in already stifling hot weather. ...

«Traveled all the way from the US to spend New Years with my wife’s family/relatives. Some of which I was meeting for the first time. I Received confirmation number from VRBO to stay at this property. After leaving San Jose, I had no WiFi while traveling to Montezuma. Upon arrival my wife & I were told that we had no room but the other family members were fine. First the Host blamed me for not answering her phone messages! After discovering I had no service, she then blamed VRBO’s for double ...

11. Escape to Pier Sands Casita#2, Min Walk From Beach

Barrio Las Playitas

«The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay.»

«Gorgeous property., however, not very accessible and confusing directions. The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. This was extremely disappointing as the room we booked 3 months in advance was more private, had upgraded features (such as outdoor showers, larger bathroom and a ...
