I understand you recommended the apartment to a friend which have been in contact with me. The furniture was bought 5 years ago and is solid wood, mattresses are hardly used as this is a summer holiday home, well equipped with anything you need, as shown in the photos, no surprises. It is always a pleasure to receive such a great feedback. I take care of the apartment with pride, and ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. This is a holiday apartment where you find all you need for your perfect holidays: Free parking just outside, Aircon, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and the patio that is a bonus to have your meals al fresco. Those neighbours who are facing the pool and enjoy the total peaceful time with no noise at all, complain of having the apartment around the pool may be noisy at times, and wish they were away from the pool where it is quieter. The level of noise coming from the quiet street just in front of, is very minimal.

Great reviews, thanks. All the apartments in this area are designed to keep the heat away and be environmental friendly. As you know, the sun light is very strong, and outside will always be lighter than indoors.

The apartment has 55 square meters accommodating easily 5 people for holidays as shown in the photos. Most of my bookings have over 3 guests and never had or heard these types of comments. Outside the residential resort there is a road. This is 20 meters away from the apartment. I have tried to contact this guest several times to take this feedback further but have not had replies. All comments for the apartment and area are positive. I feel confident to say the apartment is suitable for 5 people and the road noise level is minimal.
