Oppholdet på hotellet var helt ok, problemene oppsto etter avreise. Hotellet ringte kjeftende og anklaget oss for å ikke betale for parkering. Han som tok i mot penger for parkering kunne ikke skrive ut kvittering og de legger nå skylden på oss. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet, tidenes dårligste kundebehandling!

Dear anonymous,First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel.We are glad that at least you have enjoyed your holidays until your check out. It is normal that problems begin, as you did not pay the parking and you were not willing to pay it, more specifically 180,00. It is a service that you agreed to pay at the check out at your arrival, but you didnt want to pay it. Also let me tell that, in any moment, any employee of the hotel shouted at you. So please, there is no point in not saying the truth just trying to discredit the reputation of the hotel.Regarding the employee it is not true. We have camera records of it and at any moment the payment was made. We will kindly send it to you, but unfortunately, due to the privacy policy, we are not allowed. But dont worry we will send it to the police and take all legal action if you dont contact us for the payment.You say that this hotel has the worst customer service, let me tell you all guest reviews discredit your opinion. I wish there was some kind of program in which we could value our clients, unfortunately if it will exist, not many hotel will accept clients that do not pay.Without further ado,Enrique F.

Hotellet ligger i et rolig strøk uten mye som skjer. Det er en fin mengde solsenger og kort vei til stranden. Vi er svært misfornøyde med frokosten. Det var ingen grønnsaker, og kun to typer frukt tilgjengelig - som ikke var oppskjært. Utvalget av pålegg var også svært begrenset. Det var det samme til frokost hver dag og minimal variasjon. Vi har vært ok fornøyd med renhold av gulv og bad. Men kjøleskapet og området rundt var grisete. Vi fikk også flekkete/skitne håndklær, og én dag var det rester av det jeg antar er oppkast på det ene håndkledet. Servicen var begrenset, i baren var det tydelig at de ikke visste hva de holdt på med, og resepsjonistene var uinteresserte og vanskelig å få hjelp av. De var veldig lite immøtekommende. I tillegg var det dårlige engelskkunnskaper blant samtlige ansatte. Det er ikke safe på rommet, ikke hårføner og ikke klessnor man kan tørke håndklær eller klær på. Jeg har reist mye i mitt liv, og dette er blant de mest skuffende opplevelsene jeg har hatt med tanke på hvor lovende det så ut på bilder.

Dear Line, Thank you very much for your review, our guests’ opinion is very important for us. We are glad to know that you enjoyed the location of our hotel as well as the facilities in our pool area. We are so sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. We have taken note of it and we will have a look into that. In relation to the cleaning condition of the room and the towel, we set a high standard for ourselves, we regret that we missed the mark with it, and we apologize for that. We would have liked to know about it during your stay, so we would have found a solution though. In any case, we will use your feedback to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the service provided by our staff in the bar and reception, most of them have decades of experience in customer service, so we really do not know what was the issue, but we are pretty sure that they knew what they were doing. The same thing applies to our staff in reception, they have plenty of experience and hardly we have complaints about their English level. In respect of the amenities in the room: We do have safety deposit boxes available at a very competitive price.. They happen to be located in our reception hall. Hair dryers are available at the reception desk at no cost. Clothes horses/lines are not available in every hotel, furthermore I would argue that they are an oddity rather than standard equipment in a hotel room. Nevertheless, we apologize that your experience was less than ideal, and please feel free to contact us for any other comment or enquiry you may have. Regards

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, serviciales todo el tiempo. Ademas nos proporcionaban informacion adicional cuando asi lo requeriamos. El desayuno no nos gusto, pero no podemos exigir tanto por un bajo coste, pero coincidimos en que podriamos pagar mas para obtener un desayuno de mayor valor nutricional. Aparte de eso, estamos muy satisfechos con todo.

It was a very well-equipped hotel for a 3-star. Good selection for breakfast, pool bar, roof top bar and evening entertainment. It’s close to a good selection of restaurants, next to the beach, friendly attentive staff. We wanted to hire a car, they called one for us. All very convenient. What more could you ask for?

There was no customer service at this hotel. The staff were quite rude on reception. The food was appalling possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten in a hotel. No entertainment bar staff extremely rude when you are in Spain you expect a sangria made correctly. Mine was poured out of a carton I couldn’t believe it. I had to pay for a kettle in the room. The facilities are very poor.. the electric tripped while I was there. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel which is a shame because the location is perfect. I would give this a one star at best. The staff manners are atrocious.

Dear JulieThank you for taking the time to comment on your stay at the hotel.It is evident that you are not making this comment from an objective point of view since everyone can see in comments before and after yours that what you say is not true.For what We have been told, the hotel staff had to repeatedly endure your rudeness towards the staff and other guests. Electricity sometimes fails in all houses and the important thing is that we solved it quickly. You also have to know that sangria is prepared in advance because the demand is great and requires a specific recipe. That is true here and everywhere.Fortunately, you are not the one who gives the stars to the hotels.Kind regards

I am a returning guest having visited 2 years ago. I wrote a glowing review back then as I felt it was undervalued. This hotel is a superb budget hotel. It's as good as you'll find. The rooms and beds are fine and the air con is exceptional. The rooftop bar is the gem this hotel has to offer. Sadly, the weather was terrible in late March, so didn't get chance to use it much. The hotel is located right next to the beachside promenade and just a 5 minute stroll from the marina. There are so many bars and restaurants on the doorstep of this hotel, you'll struggle to get round them all. The one major disappoinment this time (apart from the weather - not the hotels fault of course), was we requested a late check out due to a night flight. We were quoted 40 euros for an extra 4 hours. This is so expensive. The hotel are well within their rights and so not saying thet can't. I have just had free late check outs though when travelling before and so I feel I must mark the hotel down. But for clarity, it wouldn't stop me returning - I'll just make sure I book an early flight home. Other than that, book this hotel with confidence.

We arrived around 6pm staff were very friendly, a big notice saying if you need a kettle it’s a charge of £10 euros & a £20 deposit, which is returned to you at checkout, that worked fine. Parking cost €15 euros per night, thankfully we found parking on the road , we decided to eat in the restaurant for only one night, which came at a cost of €18 each this did not include any drinks included water, we were very disappointed. The hotel was good clean and tidy,

friendly staff en very good food, bathroom need some renovation and sometimes a smell from the drain, in general a good hotel
