The bathroom is very original, as the shower is in a translucent glass cabin and the toilet is in a similar cabin; the washbasin is in the center. The living room and kitchen share a large and bright space, with plenty of storage, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and the washing machine is located in one of the cupboards. The living room also has air conditioning and a television.



Additionally, the apartment offers a beautiful terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings or sunbathing. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. The building community features a swimming pool, available during the open seasons.
