I checked in late at night and had a very difficult time finding parking. There were only a few parking spots available, and the cars already parked were not parked properly. I expected there to be a reception, but there wasn’t one, only a maintenance line. When I called, they told me to park in a very tight spot, which was inconvenient and stressful after a long day.
The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, there was only one small garbage bin in the washroom and none in the kitchen, which was not practical.
The biggest issue was the hot water. When I tried to take a shower that night, there was no hot water at all, only freezing cold water. I waited about 30 minutes and then called the maintenance line. I was told the hot water had probably run out and to wait another 30 minutes. I waited over an hour, and still no hot water, so I couldn’t shower that night.
The next morning, I tried again with the same result. I called maintenance once more and was again told the water had probably run out. When I explained that I had already waited a long time with no improvement, I was told it was too late to send anyone to check the issue. I waited another hour, and there was still no hot water.
Overall, the lack of proper parking, no front desk support, and especially the ongoing hot water issue made this a very disappointing stay. The service was not helpful, and the problem was never resolved. I will not be returning.
