We are located in the beautiful Downtown area of Georgetown, minutes walk to the Main Street which has several restaurants, shops and services. The Farmer’s Market runs from May to October.

Our bright and airy suite sets the perfect ambiance for comfort and relaxation. The full kitchen, equipped with modern amenities and basic condiments, invites culinary adventures for those who love to cook. Unwind in the bathtub after a long day at the office or enjoy your favourite TV shows on Netflix.

**Living Area**
The living room area is bright and spacious with two couches, a coffee table and a 40” smart TV. The Wi-Fi is free and the code will be provided to guests upon arrival. There is a large patio area with seating for guest use outside the patio door.

**Kitchen**
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/ freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, breakfast bar with two stools, utensils, pots/ pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, French press, over the cup coffee cone with filters, cheese grater, cutting board, sieve and mixing bowls. We also provide some cereals, teabags, coffee and sugar. There is also a large dining table with chairs to eat at or use as a workstation.

**Bedroom**
The bedroom has a Queen Size bed with bed linens and pillows provided. There is also a single folding bed with a 4” memory foam mattress available on request. (190.5 cm L x 96.5 cm W x 38.1 cm H) This bed is suitable for a child or teenager travelling with an adult or also comfortable for an adult who doesn’t want to share the Queen bed. Please let host know if you need this bed for your stay prior to your arrival.

We can’t forget about our little guests so we have a playpen, high chair and baby bath for guests with a toddler or infant. Please request these items at the time of booking so we can have them ready for when you arrive.

**Bathroom**
Towels, facecloths, shampoo, conditioner and body gel will be provided for our guests. The bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower.

**Laundry**
Guests have the exclusive use of the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Laundry detergent and drying sheets will be provided.
