**Title: Unpleasant Start but Improved Stay Overall**
I stayed here temporarily due to an urgent housing issue, and my first assigned unit was disappointing. The sheets showed visible hair and stains, the floor did not appear properly cleaned, there were hairs in the bathroom, and the pillow had an unusual odor. I raised these concerns immediately and requested either a refund or a different unit, but was directed to customer support instead and could not reach management directly. After considerable time following up, I was informed my refund request was declined, and attempts to contact the owner were unanswered.
My only option was to switch units. In fairness, the second unit was noticeably cleaner and more comfortable. I was initially provided only one key and had to follow up several times before receiving another. I extended my stay and requested an additional cleaning, which was done very thoroughly and made a clear difference in comfort for the remainder of my visit.
At checkout, my deposit was not returned when first indicated, but it was processed promptly after I followed up. Overall, I appreciated the improved condition of the second unit and the effort of the cleaning staff. However, due to the initial cleanliness issues and inconsistent service experience, I would personally hesitate to recommend.
