Title: Poor First Impression, Better Second Unit — Mixed Experience
I stayed here temporarily due to an issue at my home, and the first unit I was assigned was very disappointing. The sheets had visible hair and stains, the floor did not appear vacuumed, there were hairs in the bathroom, and the pillow had an unusual odor. Because I am sensitive to dust and skin allergens, I requested a refund and asked to move, but the property manager directed me to customer support and declined my requests. I also asked to speak with management but was not given contact details. After spending considerable time with support, I was told the owner refused a refund, and my attempts to call the owner directly were not answered.
My only option was to move units. In fairness, the second unit was noticeably cleaner. I received only one key at first and had to follow up multiple times over several days to get a copy. I extended my stay for a week and paid a $150 cleaning fee; the cleaner was very thorough, and the unit stayed clean afterward. My deposit was not returned when promised on checkout day but was processed promptly after I called.
Overall, the improved unit and cleaner’s effort were appreciated, but due to the initial condition and inconsistent service, I would hesitate to recommend.
