• During your stay, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly and sorted according to local recycling and composting regulations.
• Use the appropriate bins provided for garbage, recycling, and compost. If you’re unsure, please refer to the waste sorting guide in the house manual.
• Guests will take turns weekly with upstairs tenants to manage garbage bins. Failure to comply may result in fines. Winter Maintenance for Long-Term Guests (28 Days or More)

11. Guests staying 28 days or more during the winter months are responsible for snow removal. This includes shoveling snow from pathways and sidewalks to maintain safety and comply with local regulations. Damages
