DO NOT BOOK!!
I just had a nightmare of an. experience with these people. I booked the stay with the impression that it was an entire condo, two hours before check in I was told by the person managing check in that I would be sharing the rental with a couple. Nowhere on the booking was this mentioned at all.
I explained that this would not be something I could do and asked what my options were in cancelling my reservation or switching to a different rental. The lady told me that there were no other rentals available but that she would message the owner explaining the situation and he would call me within half an hour. She promised that if he didn’t call me that she would call me. I never received a call from the owner and when I tried to call the lady back, my number was blocked. I had to book a hotel in downtown Toronto and in 3 days I still have not heard back from anyone . These people are unprofessional and also ask for $600 cash deposit prior to giving you your check in info that can only be paid by pay pal or zelle.
I don’t have either of these and asked the lady why she would wait until 2 hours prior to check in to inform me that I needed a paypal or zelle? It’s ridiculous. It was freezing temperatures when I arrived to the city and I had to scramble to book another stay while being told I was going to be contacted by the owner who as mentioned never called.
Unless you want to shack up with other people without any prior knowledge, go elsewhere.
