Unique Location: The villa rises on a small hill in Torino di Sangro with a spectacular view of the Costa dei Trabocchi, from here you will seem to dominate the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea. A dream place, the green of the surrounding garden is interrupted only to make way for the blue waters of the villa's private pool. You can enjoy this natural paradise away from the chaos of seaside resorts thanks to the private road that precedes the entrance to the structure. It is the perfect place for moments of pure relaxation, you will lose yourself looking towards the horizon watching the spectacle of the blue sky embracing the waters of the sea and, the corner dedicated to your summer readings? It is the true gem of this villa immersed in nature. Here you will feel like you are in a pure, bucolic dimension, in close contact with nature, projected to imagine the scenes of your favourite readings.

Tailored Comfort: The house is perfect for 6 guests and develops over two floors.
The ground floor consists of a large open space accessed by climbing three steps with a relaxation area next to two important windows that project your view towards the garden with pool, a cone of shade will protect you from the hot sun of the summer season thanks to the large leaves of a green banana tree cultivated by the villa owners. Here is the villa's equipped kitchen, with a large dining table, bathroom with shower and French window that leads to the external porch.
The laundry area is located in a second bathroom preceded by a white door that separates the areas of the structure.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. From the corridor on the upper floor, there is a French window to access the sea view balcony of the villa. A spectacular view!
