«What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. «This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. «The stay was great. The problem we had was no privacy. Guests staying adjacent, shared our decks, and had kids that would stare in our sliding glass door. Pretty uncomfortable. Also the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, and couldn’t be opened the same time as the fridge. The WiFi bufferd often. We used our personal accounts to watch TV, but would often change to other users. We would sometime get local channels, and other times had to log in to each local channel individually. «This unit was quite charming and was just what was needed for our weekend getaway. The unit was clean and a very short walk to the ocean. I loved that it was dog friendly with a crate already setup and ready to use. Even though we did not get a chance to use, the outside downstairs area was awesome! Had a sectional, tv, dog kennel and outdoor shower. I would certainly stay here again.»

«Our Zen Escape experience was amazing! I don't think we could have been any closer to the water without having been on a boat. It was beautiful! We had an issue with the downstairs thermostat, so I sent a text to the owner. He responded within the hour and was at the house to fix it the next day. Great owner and a fabulous property!»
