«This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. »

«We had a great stay at The Kooler. The daytime beach views were amazing and even better at night for star gazing. We saw several shooting stars! The house was very clean and cozy; a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or for a family with kids. We would definitely rent again. »

«The house is great! I was most impressed with how well stocked the kictchen actually was. Ive stayed in places that say the kitchen is well stocked but isn’t. This kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for a party of 13 as we didn’t eat out once. The view is lovely. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of seating to all share a meal around each other and even watch a movie. It truly was comfortable for our entire group!»

«This is a very special property. The owners have given great thought to every possible need/interest!We spent our 40th Anniversary week along with 10 adult friends/family.Plenty of together space, and alone space.Kitchen was impeccably and thoughtfully stocked, as were ALL the bathrooms. Lots and lots of fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, and having fun in the sand equipment.
