«Clean, spacious, well-equipped home. Cute pool and relaxing Jacuzzi. We are AZ natives but moved to Nashville 2 years ago. We brought our sons back (13 & 16) to visit friends and grandparents. Great location with Frys and Super Target 3 minutes away, as well as restaurants and access to the 303 and 10. Highly recommend this West Valley rental!!!»

«This house is in a nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. The pool was great - we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and I’m glad we did. We were happy with the air conditioning and hot water. We didn’t run out of hot water even with all of us showering, doing dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable. In all, it was a great stay!»

Beautiful home, comfortable furnishings, tasteful in design and decors. The great thing is that there are simple items (paper plates, plastic cups, salt and pepper, cooking spray) that you never find in rental properties and always forget to pack. «We were in Goodyear for a family member HS graduation. Location was great as was near family. The house layout was nice, great for gathering with friends and family. The game room was great but was a bit warm, better to use in evening time. There was minor damage to a few items in the home we communicated to the owner. Also had some cleanliness issues in the home, we also reported to the owner. The A/C went stopped blowing cold air the last night of our stay which was also reported. The owner ...

Loved that part of it was covered because that weekend was in the triple digits. So having some shade was very much appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. I would definitely stay here again.»
