"The owner was super accommodating! We arrived early and got to check in early! The place is an easy walk to the beach which was a plus! Providing beach badges and beach chairs etc was nice but 2 of the chairs and the umbrella were damaged. We appreciated the on site parking! The house is super clean and the kitchen well equipped. You have to provide your own towels and bedding. For us this could have been a hardship since we had limited packing space coming from Texas but we found a rental...

"Our stay was fantastic! Paul is a wonderful host, the house is as described and beautiful! Fit our needs perfectly! He never lost his patience with me as I had trouble negotiating the automatic lock, and had to contact him numerous times. He is a very accommodating host. Location is amazing, walk to boardwalk and beach. Thank you so much for everything Paul! Will definitely return if we stay in the area again!"

"We had a great time on our stay! Located just far enough from the cities to be quiet and peaceful, yet not so far that it’s difficult to do a short stay. Hosts were perfect, and helped us out in all ways. Highly reccomended, and make sure you do a trip through the waterways off the dock, using the free paddle boards!"

"This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing."
