«The host had thought of everything that we could possibly need to make a nice stay!Cute and cozy, small but spacious.Everything a couple needs for a nice place to stay.The outside spaces were very nice as well.»

«We stayed in Knot One and it was the perfect location and size for us. We brought our dog and his only issue was that the stairs were very dark at night and he had difficulty getting down to potty. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant across the ICW (reserve the prime rib!!!) and even had live music. We came by boat and reserved a slip with the Coinjock Marina. Our slip was right next to our room. We have already started planning our next trip to Coinjock! »

« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

«We loved the space and all the detail that Daniel put into it. We loved the photos of the reconstruction of his home. The space was clean and efficient and cozy. We had plenty of privacy yet Daniel was readily available when we reached out. He gave us some good tips for dining and some must see tourist spots. I would highly recommend.»

«Perfect for a short stay! Beach access was easy and very close, nice pool. Unit was really quiet and clean but it is small. Bed on the firm side. Saw lots of dolphins!!»

«The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. »
