«I absolutely loved our visit here!! We stayed 7 days! It's small, but all anyone needs, because I don't go on vacation to stay in the vacation rental 😉 all day. It was right on the beach and Dollar General conveniently located across the road is nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed!! (If I could suggest one thing...a full length mirror, maybe on the back of the little can.closet door) suggest something though, please a»

«Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. I'd definitely recommend for your stay at the outer banks.»

«Great place in a convenient location. There is a pizza place, a restaurant and a brewery all located right there. The apartment is clean, well appointed, and a comfortable place to stay. It does have a sofa bed for additional guest, but there are no blinds or curtains in that room so be prepared to be up at the crack of dawn. »

«The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. »

« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

«Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.»

«We loved the space and all the detail that Daniel put into it. We loved the photos of the reconstruction of his home. The space was clean and efficient and cozy. We had plenty of privacy yet Daniel was readily available when we reached out. He gave us some good tips for dining and some must see tourist spots. I would highly recommend.»
